THE ROOMS

South Gateway Student Apartments provides student housing for the Mammoth Lakes campus of Cerro Coso Community College.

Are you looking for adventure and an exciting opportunity to further your education?

Going to college in Mammoth may be the right choice for you.

We provide dorm-style living in completely self-sufficient apartments.

We have two different styles of apartments: one-bedroom apartments and studios. Each apartment has its own private kitchen and bathroom.

The one-bedrooms include a kitchen/living area with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and flat-screen tv. They also have separate bedroom with two full size beds, two desks, bathroom with shower/tub, and a lockable wardrobe for each student.

Each studio has a kitchenette with a smaller refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, full-size bed, desk, wardrobe, flat-screen television, and bathroom.

All apartments are furnished with living area furniture and counter stools. There is wi-fi and cable throughout the apartments.

When students are at the apartments, they can enjoy pool, ping-pong, or foosball in our great common area, hang out on couches next to the fireplace, or use state-of-the-art equipment in our weight room.
